FCA UK Traineeship programmes prepare students from 16 – 24 years for employability within the sports industry. We offer schools, colleges and football clubs the opportunity to run these short courses with added piece of mind that the learners will be managed and mentored to a high level.
What is a Traineeship?
A traineeship is a non-accredited government funded education and training programme which is combined with vocational work experience. The course structure runs over a 10 – 12 week period comprising of 30 hours per week.
At FCA UK we are able to train, mentor and offer employment. The programme provides young people the skills and experience that are significant to employers, supporting apprenticeship pathways and routes into further education or employment.
Traineeships provide learners with additional layers of knowledge and experience that appeal to employers.
