FCA UK began life in 2019.

We are a recently established company providing Education, Coaching & Consultancy to schools, colleges & football clubs. FCA UK has an ongoing vision to develop enrichment and employability.

We provide a range of short and long courses for young adults that have a passion for sport. Our model allows us to motivate, challenge and mentor students whilst we cultivate talent.

Our SMT have worked full time with 16 – 19 study programmes in sport & exercise and have over 30 years’ experience. During this time, we have been instrumental in providing fantastic opportunities to hundreds of learners.

In 2006 our team established an Academy programme at Welling United FC which partnered Bexley College. This programme ran over a 6-year period providing numerous pathways for over 500 learners. The level of model has evolved over the years, allowing us to establish education partnerships with both private providers and mainstream education. Striking a balance with onsite BTEC delivery & offsite operations of study programmes has been key to our success.

In 2012, our team helped facilitate Maidstone United’s Academy football programme, in addition to developing a successful partnership with Crystal Palace FC Foundation in 2013. The model has been supported by private education providers helping to take the programme to a successful level.

Our experience also includes the establishment of Sutton United FC Academy in 2015 on a 2-year development plan/agreement. These relationships have now allowed FCA UK to get an even firmer understanding of the strengths and limitations of private/independent education provision, and allows us to continually address and to improve. Part of this process has been to vastly improve the pathways into Non-league Football & overall employability.
